Ann Kelly

Ann joined Fipra in January 2008 and is a Special Adviser. Ann currently advises the group on Financial Policy. For the last sixteen years Ann has been a public affairs consultant and worked previously with the European Commission in Brussels completing a comparative report on training and education of managers of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Ann also worked with the Commission in Dublin for seven years as the Irish expert on industrial relations and social partnership. Ann has experience in research, monitoring, advising and making representations in food, health, taxation, social and environment policies.  Ann lectured in Communications at Dublin City University and is a European Studies (Public Administration) graduate of the College of Europe, Bruges. Ann holds an NUI Maynooth/Fás certificate in Training and Continuing Education and is fluent in English and French.
