Ayse Öztuna

Ayse Öztuna is a Special Adviser to FIPRA International and helped the FIPRA Group develop it's business in Turkey and central Asia.  In addition to her work with FIPRA she is a strategic management and Human Resources services specialist for major companies in Turkey and Central Asia. Since 1991 Ayse Öztuna has established five separate businesses and together these companies provide a full end-to-end range of Human Resources services.  In 1998, Ayse started Ray & Berndtson's Istanbul Office to cover the Turkish and Central Asian region with a global international executive search service with 51 offices in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.  She has also advised a number of  small and medium sized foreign enterprises on selecting suitable Turkish partners.
