Colin Warner, ACA

Colin joined the FIPRA Group in February 2002 as Finance Director. Prior to this Colin, worked as Financial Controller in Finsbury with full responsibility for the accounting function, including audit compliance, company secretarial work, internal systems, purchasing, and providing management information. During this time he set up several subsidiary companies, chose and installed new accounting systems and performed the due diligence work for the company's eventual take-over by WPP. Colin gained much of his Financial experience in Wagstaffs Chartered Accountants where he qualified as a chartered accountant with first time passes in 1998. He went on to take on several part time placements with larger audit firms and with the Mercers' Company where he acted as Financial Controller for several charities. Colin graduated from Bristol University with an honours degree in economics having been awarded a full fees scholarship to Eton College.
