Guntram Kaiser

Guntram Kaiser joined FIPRA in 2008 as a Special Adviser in public relations and in Russian affairs.  This follows a long career (1990 to 2002) in various management positions at the international PR agency Weber Shandwick and the founding of his own PR agency, Kaiser Communications GmbH, in Berlin in 2003. Guntram is a trained diplomat and Russian expert, though his postings included Namibia and Ethiopia before changing to PR in 1990. Guntram is a Lecturer for Intercultural Management at the International Business School in Berlin and for Issues Management at the German Press Academy.  Guntram graduated in diplomacy and political science and speaks German, English and Russian.
