Helene Lloyd

Helene Lloyd became a Special Adviser of Fipra International in 2005 and has over 10 years of experience living in and dealing with the Russian and CIS markets. Having previously worked for the European Union and the OSCE focusing on the political situation in Eastern Europe, in 1996, Helene joined the British Tourism Authority in London to develop the Russian & CIS markets for Britain.  Helene has a BA in Economics and Russian Studies, and an MA in International Relations. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and speaks fluent Russian, Spanish and French, her native language is English.
