Jogi Humberto Oshiai

Jogi Humberto Oshiai joined the Fipra network as a Special Adviser for Latin America in May 2007 having left the Brazilian Mission to the EU - after working there for 20 years – Jogi was also Director for Latin America Trade to the EU of a specialized European law firm where he continued to monitor economic and commercial developments relevant to his native Brazil and Latin American countries. Jogi is an international expert in many policies, government relations and business development. Jogi is an Adviser to a leading European Law firm and a Board adviser at a Dutch company specialized in projects regarding private equity investments in renewable energy and carbon emission monetization. Jogi is also an Associated Researcher of UNICETEX/FZEA of the University of São Paulo in Brazil. Prior to this Jogi worked at the Brazilian Embassy in Tokyo and at the European Commission. Jogi holds a Post-Graduate degree in International Trade from the Solvay Business School, a Masters in Management from the Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Masters of International Politics from the Free University of Brussels. Jogi speaks fluent Portuguese, English, French, Italian, Spanish and some Japanese.
