José Luis Pinheiro

José Luis is Senior Partner at Fipra Portugal. Since 1987, his team has focused on marketing strategies and communications as well as European public affairs. José Luis works closely with the EU Commission and Parliament monitoring EU legislation, and informing clients of prospective legal and regulatory constraints and opportunities. José Luis's recent accounts focus on biotechnology, renewable energies, laws and regulations to agriculture, food processing and labelling and consumer protection. José Luis was an adviser to the Government of Portugal's Secretary of State for Agriculture. José Luis graduated in macro Economics at the Lisbon School of Economics and is married with one son. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
