Laurent Willaert

Laurent works in FIPRA International as an Account Manager. Since joining FIPRA in November 2007, Laurent has gained expertise in European transport policies, competition and health. In addition to EU public affairs, Laurent also advises clients in Belgian regulatory issues. Laurent previously worked for a Member of the European Parliament and the Flemish business newspaper De Tijd.  Laurent holds Master’s degrees in Political Science and International Security Studies from the Universities of Antwerp and Leicester respectively, and studied Economics at the Catholic University of Leuven. Laurent, a Belgian national, is fluent in Dutch, French and English, and speaks some German and Spanish.
