Natko joined Fipra in 2011 as a Special Adviser for Croatia. Natko has a broad range of government relations and corporate communications experience, having worked on complex government reforms in Croatia, foreign investment outreach campaigns on national and local government level and participating in Croatia's EU accession talks with EU institutions on behalf of private sector interests. Natko started his career in Washington, DC working for the Embassy of Croatia on investor relations and press issues. Upon his return to Croatia, Natko worked in the private sector for Booz Allen Hamilton and Carana Corporation in Croatia on pension and judiciary reforms, both projects sponsored by USAID. Natko has extensive experience in EU affairs as a Director of the Brussels Office for the National Chamber of Small Business. Natko is a Secretary General of the Croatian Lobbying Association, an NGO advocating professional regulation of lobbying in Croatia and a Director of the Croatia-EU Business Council. Natko holds a BA from St. Francis College in New York, an MA from Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb and an Executive MBA from Bled School of Management in Slovenia. Along with his native Croatian, Natko is a fluent English speaker and has conversational German. He is married and has a daughter.
