Patrick Gagnon

Patrick C. Gagnon represents Fipra in Canada.  A former liberal Member of the Canadian Parliament, Committee Chair and Parliamentary Secretary, Patrick’s government relations expertise is drawn from more than twenty years of extensive political experience as a consultant, assistant and legislator at both the federal and provincial levels of government.  Fipra's Parliamentary Group team in Canada is exclusively composed of former Parliamentarians with a combined legislative service record well over 100 years. Patrick is a graduate of McGill University (Political Science) and pursued his studies in literature and international politics at the University of Paris-Sorbonne. Patrick is fluent in English and French.
