Rainer Boden

Rainer joined Fipra in 2009 after serving as the Senior Adviser to the European Financial Services Round Table from 2006 -2008. Previously he was a founder and Chairman (2000-2005) of the European Parliamentary Financial Services Forum. In a lifelong career at Deutsche Bank, Rainer was for many years Head of the Representative Office to the EU of Deutsche Bank following his appointment in 1994 as delegate of the Board of Managing Directors for European Affairs. Rainer is a member of the board of the Kangaroo Group. Rainer obtained a Law Degree and a Law Doctorate from the University of Bonn. He completed postgraduate studies in Paris, Brussels, Leiden and Milan. Rainer speaks French, German and English and has an understanding of  Dutch and Italian.
