Ryan O'Keeffe

Ryan joined Fipra UK in 2006 and moved to New York in early 2009, where he works as a communications specialist advising clients on their strategic positioning with their regulatory and financial stakeholders. Ryan has provided advice on a number of large domestic and cross border M&A deals, with a particular focus on managing communications around competition and anti-trust investigations and has worked with both public and private corporations in the UK, the US and Europe, covering a broad range of sectors. Ryan previously worked at UBS Investment Bank in M&A and Leveraged Finance in Johannesburg and London, prior to which he worked at Anglo American in the Chief Executive’s Office. He graduated with an MA (Hons) in French and Italian from Edinburgh University, and also has a PDM in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Wits University in South Africa. Ryan is married and speaks French and Italian.
