Scott Colvin

Scott is a Principal at Fipra UK, having joined in October 2009 as an Associate Partner. Scott was previously a client as Head of Group Public Affairs at BAA Airports Ltd, the owners of Heathrow Airport. Scott started his career as an adviser to the UK Conservative Party’s Shadow Minister Nigel Waterson MP, before working as a campaigns specialist at Conservative Central Office under three Leaders; William Hague MP, Iain Duncan Smith MP and Michael Howard MP. Scott then worked as a senior consultant at a global communications firm, providing political advice to a range of FTSE-100 companies, before joining BAA. In April 2011, Scott published his first book, How to Use Politicians to Get What You Want.
