Vladimir began working with Fipra in 2009. Vladimir has a distinguished career in Government and Business in Belarus spanning economic policy, investment banking and business development. Vladimir has worked for blue chip international companies including Daimler Chrylser and Siemens and has expertise in project management, business consulting and trade. Vladimir is the Minsk Representative of the Belarus EU Business Council. Vladimir speaks Russian and English.
